Workshop Leader: Alyson Smith

Workshop Title: Building Confidence by Gagging the Gremlin!

Workshop Leader: Lynda Benham, On the Edge Coaching

Description:

Do you have a nasty little creature in your head, which delights in putting you down and undermining you? Most of us do. It compares us unfavourably to others, beats us up for not being perfect, calls us names and saps our confidence. That's the bad news. The good news is that this Gremlin can be 'tamed' - and that the latest scientific research shows that by learning to control what we think we can change how we feel and how we behave - for ever.

As a result of this session you will :

  • learn to spot when the Gremlin is talking to you
  • acquire techniques for ‘taming’ it
  • gain greater control over what you feel and what you do by having greater control over what you think
