  • RAFT : Personal Leadership & Change Management – an experiential development course which aims to strengthen your personal leadership skills, with a particular focus on meeting challenge and change positively.

Karen Darke founded Inspire and Impact Ltd., following her background in learning and development with a large corporation in the oil and gas sector. Previously a geologist, Karen was drawn to work in development training following a life-changing accident which paralysed her. She has a PhD, MA in Development Training, qualifications in executive coaching and motivation coaching, and extensive experience in delivering leadership and graduate development programmes, and mentoring and coaching.
