Coaching on the Edge - Coaching from the Highlands

The Coaching on the Edge Website has an image of a spider’s web representing eleven different areas of your life. As the Weaver of your own personal Web of Life you are constantly creating and adapting your web. Maybe you sometimes focus on one or two areas to the detriment of others and the web becomes unbalanced. Sometimes an area may get damaged and need repair work. Or maybe you just want a bigger, stronger, more beautiful web - a fuller, richer, more fulfilling and satisfying life

At this moment, does your web of life really express who you are? (Doing this activity may help you decide). Does your life as you are living it reflect your hopes and dreams and values? Do you feel as though you are spinning your own web - or do you sometimes feel more like the fly than the spider, struggling to break free from strands of sticky silk that keep you where you don't really want to be?

As your coach, my role is to help you have clarity about what you want and to support you in staying focused and confident enough to achieve it so that this knowledge is converted into action and results. You don’t need to live in the Highlands to work with me as a coach – almost all my clients have telephone coaching.

If you would like to find out more about me and about coaching, please visit my website You can also access any of the Exploring the Edge coaching articles, focusing on professional and/or personal development and, if you prefer, sign up to have them delivered directly to you via email. Finally, if you are curious about life coaching and would like to find out more, you can book a free introductory telephone coaching session Alternatively, you can email me at info@coachingontheedge.com or telephone me on 01549 402419 or 07979 803173 (mobile)
