Join Gill Shaw for a workshop exploring the role of mediation in resolving workplace disputes.

By considering a number of scenarios in the workplace (and beyond) the session will help you:

• Clarify what mediation is,
• Understand how mediation might work in practice,
• Consider what the potential benefits of mediation are, and
• Identify the potential downsides to mediation.

Gill will also briefly highlight some of the growing number of areas (beyond the workplace) where mediation is being adopted to resolve legal disputes.
