By considering a number of scenarios in the workplace (and beyond) the session will help you: • Clarify what mediation is, • Understand how mediation might work in practice, • Consider what the potential benefits of mediation are, and • Identify the potential downsides to mediation. Gill will also briefly highlight some of the growing number of areas (beyond the workplace) where mediation is being adopted to resolve legal disputes. The event is free and lunch will be available for £3.00.
