Join Gillian Shaw, employment law solicitor with Harper Macleod LLP, to explore some issues around discrimination in the workplace and beyond.
Using a number of real and hypothetical scenarios, Gill will help participants:
- Identify unlawful discrimination
- Understand the forms discrimination takes
- Explore the remedies available and
- Consider the impact of the provisions of the Equality Act 2010
