Protecting Workplace Equality

Protecting Workplace Equality Three years on from the start of the recession and a year after the introduction of the Equality Act 2010, this free conference will re-enforce your knowledge of how to protect equality within the workplace.


Attendees will hear from speakers on subjects ranging from approaches to resolving disputes at the earliest opportunity, on changes to the employment tribunal service, on decisions made by tribunals under the new equality act and on how to go beyond employment tribunal decisions. Speakers will include Shona Simon, President of Employment Tribunals (Scotland).

Who should come?
The event is for those who offer information, advice and representation on employee rights at work. It will be particularly relevant to those with a good knowledge of the law or with a legal background. If you are unsure whether this would be relevant to your work, please contact us to discuss.
