Of course, stress itself isn't 'good' - but the opportunity it presents you with is. Stress gets your attention and, sooner or later, you will have to address it. Whatever the specific causes of your stress, the good news is that it requires you to take responsibility for your physical and mental well-being in ways which will benefit all areas of your life - forever. This session provides some useful and practical 'tasters' of approaches to increasing well-being.

As a result of this session you will:
learn that although you can't control what happens, you can control how you respond to it
be able to move from getting 'wound up' to winding down, quickly and easily
have been introduced to a powerful technique for dealing with stressful thoughts and feelings
have identified with some specific steps that you can take immediately to reduce stress and increase your well-being.
