Workshop name: On Target - Goal Setting
Workshop leader: Kate Williams-Mackenzie

Description:

Many of us have great ideas about what we would like for ourselves but can get overwhelmed by detail and distracted from what we want. It can then be difficult to see a way forward. In this presentation we will

·  work with a specific structure to clarify a goal you want to set for yourself, and

· identify an immediately achievable first step towards achieving your goal.

The structure presented is a versatile tool which can be used for many different goal setting scenarios.
