The Best Is Yet To Come

A WEA course supporting people in transition from work to retirement and in later life.

Tuesday Evenings -  6.30 pm - 9.00 pm

6th September - 11th October  2016 (x 6 sessions)

Spectrum Centre, Farraline Park,  Inverness  (Bus station)

We will explore key themes around transition using tried and tested practices in mindfulness, wellbeing and creative reflection, this course aims to enhance participants' well-being, resilience and social connectedness.

Margot Henderson is a Poet, Storyteller and Community Artist.

She leads Mindfulness Meditation, Creative Writing and Wellbeing Groups. She is a qualified Adult Education Tutor, Counsellor, Integrative Arts Therapist and Mindfulness Practitioner.
