"Exceeded expectations. After week 1 I really looked forward to weeks 2 and 3 a lot. I have enjoyed every minute. The group was friendly, close knit, inclusive, welcoming, informal, trusting."

" It was interesting, stimulating, thought provoking, relaxing. I enjoyed the writing prompts and the developing discussions, meeting others with different experiences of work and life. The content and facilitation were both excellent.  "

" I know more about what I am doing as I go forward. It has made me more sure of myself"
